PRE-ARRIVAL AND SEASONAL CLEANING / MAINTENANCE

Open the windows and let the RV/camper breathe!
Exterior cleaning — sides, roof, holding tanks and awnings. Check for any leaky seals, rips, tears or damage that may need repair before you begin the season.
Clean and wipe out your RV cabinets and drawers.
Dust all surfaces
Wipe down windows and doors and vacuum and mop the floor
Wipe down the insides and outside of appliances and electronics
Clean and disinfect the bathroom and kitchen including the toilet, shower, and sinks
Check electric and hose connections for any issues
Other as requested

END OF SEASON CLEANING / MAINTENANCE

Clean out and dispose of any remaining perishable or critter happy items from the cabinets, drawers, etc.
Empty and clean the fridge
Clean the kitchen and bathroom
Clean awnings and do any necessary maintenance
Store or remove cushions and bedding as is appropriate
Wash exterior
Roof inspection, including vents
Check window seals
Check tire health
Dump and clean out fresh and wastewater tanks
